去年夏天，我们踏上若尔盖草原，用镜头记录了若尔盖麦溪乡藏族妇女合作社的日常运作，展现了她们如何在合作社的支持下重拾传统技艺，并通过手工编织和制作产品实现经济收入增长。观众将通过我们的镜头，深入了解这些女性的劳动、友情和家庭责任，以及她们如何在相互陪伴中获得经济独立。

影片也探讨了牧区女性从传统生活向现代市场的转变，展现出她们如何通过合作社的平台学习新技能，并在赛马节等场合售卖手工制品。她们在草原上绽放属于自己的光彩，也为本地经济和文化传承注入了新的活力。

Last summer, we traveled to the Zoigê Grassland and documented the daily lives of the Tibetan women’s cooperative in Maixi Township through our lens. The film highlights how, with the support of the cooperative, these women have revived traditional crafts and increased their income through handmade weaving and product creation. Viewers will gain a deeper understanding of their labor, friendships, and family responsibilities, as well as how they achieve economic independence through mutual support.

The film also explores the transition of women in pastoral communities from traditional lifestyles to engagement with the modern market. It shows how they acquire new skills through the cooperative platform and sell their handmade products at events like the horse racing festival. These women are shining in their own way on the grasslands, bringing new vitality to the local economy and cultural heritage.
